Meet Brittany
As founder and CEO of Harmonics of the Soul, my goal is to create a supportive space for heart-centered healing. It is through my own spiritual awakening that led me to being the type of transformative Coach and Energy Healer that I wanted to work with as I was navigating my own spiritual awakening.
It was 2019, I had spent most of my life trying to "fit in", trying to force relationships to work. I was living my life based on how I thought I was supposed to, working in Human Resources at a government agency, pretending I wasn't psychic because being raised Catholic I was always taught that it was wrong. I was so deeply ingrained in my conditioning and fear of what others would think, that I didn't even acknowledge I was miserable. My life, my stress, my mental health and physical health, my job, my relationships were getting more and more difficult, because I wasn't being true to myself, but truthfully, I didn't even know who I was.
My awakening happened slowly until I made the choice to accept my spiritual gifts as part of my identity and embrace them, my life started shifting rapidly. Transformation after transformation, quantum leaping spiritually, mentally, physically - profound shifts.
I learned to set boundaries, I learned to live authentically even when I feared judgement, I learned how to be present with myself to enjoy my own company because I found radical self-love in knowing who I am; I know where I am going and what I want and I'm not afraid to ask for it! It's my own transformation of identity and spiritual uplevels that inspired the work I do, so that I can use my experience to support others through navigating the challenges of change and spiritual growth.
